Surrey wins U18 League

Eight players from Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Surrey met in the Final of the SEG U18 League at Gerrards Cross Golf Club on Sunday 22nd September 2019.

Rain was forecast for the early afternoon and it arrived as the players took to the tee. Undeterred, the lads produced some excellent golf on a course that attracted some well deserved praise.Hertfordshire and Surrey both secured a win against Bedfordshire and the match between those two counties then produced a thrilling finish. The last putt on the last hole of the day saw Surrey beat Hertfordshire to take the title.
