SEG Junior Foursomes 2019
The 2019 edition of the SEG Junior Foursomes was held at Old Fold Manor GC on 21st August. We offer sincerest thanks to everyone associated with the golf club for having hosted us so well.
Teams from seven of the SEG counties took part this year. Each team comprised 4 pairs with the team score being the best three scores from the morning and afternoon rounds. The weather was good, the greens were good so there was no reason not to expect a good competition. We were not to be disappointed. Oliver Dickman and Joe Sykes of Sussex were level par for the two rounds which was quite an achievement. This contributed to their Team’s victory on the day by 5 strokes.
